Rooms are serviced every other day. On the first service this includes a full tidy and fresh towels. Full linen is changed on the second service.

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is at 11:00.

Of course. Luggage storage is free of charge. Leave your bags with us before check-in or after check-out and enjoy the property or head out on a ride without a second thought.

We do not offer a formal wake-up call service — but we can promise that the birds of the Llémena valley will take care of that for you.

Reception is open from 07:00 until 22:00. If you need anything outside those hours, an emergency phone number is available to all guests.

We are always happy to accommodate where we can. Guests who book directly through our website can request early check-in or late check-out free of charge, subject to availability. Guests who book through third-party platforms such as Booking.com are welcome to request it as well, though a fee may apply. Please contact us in advance and we will do our best.
