Karel, founder and co-owner, founded Vall Amagada alongside Robin and has since taken on every role the hotel has needed. On any given day he might be fixing a bike, helping in the kitchen, checking a guest in, or moving something heavy across the masia without being asked. He does all of it with genuine enthusiasm and an apparent inability to say no. If you need something sorted during your stay, Karel is never the wrong person to ask.
