Rocket Espresso machines are handbuilt in Milan, and the moment you stand in front of one you understand why they were chosen. The craft is visible. The intention is obvious. These are machines built by people who care deeply about what comes out of the other end.

The R9 commercial double group serves the restaurant. The Mozzafiato Fast serves the Cafe Both were chosen for the same reason: they take coffee exactly as seriously as we do.

Coffee at Vall Amagada is not a service. It is an obsession. From the start, we knew the coffee had to be right. Not close to right. Actually right. That means the best roaster in the region, a machine that earns its place, a grind dialled in daily, and an extraction calibrated to get everything from the bean that the bean has to offer. Some people think that level of detail is unnecessary. We respectfully disagree.

Ambient is the specialty coffee roaster born from a collaboration between two of Girona's most respected coffee establishments, Idle Hands and Oniria Cafe. Built on one shared belief: that every condition surrounding the coffee bean, from temperature and moisture during roasting to the mindful treatment of each cherry, determines what ends up in the cup.

A roaster built on precision and genuine care by people who simply refuse to cut corners. An obvious and natural choice for Vall Amagada.

At Vall Amagada, all coffee is pulled with water filtered through a rigorous reverse osmosis system, removing the minerals and impurities that stand between the bean and the best possible extraction. Clean, consistent, and calibrated water, every single time.

Because if the foundation is not right, nothing that comes after it can be.
