New Year's Eve at Hotel Vall Amagada del Molí is booked as a package with one price:
The stay: two nights in one of the hotel's fifteen rooms, with breakfast every morning.
The afternoon: baking oliebollen together, the Dutch doughnuts for New Year.
The gala dinner: five courses.
Champagne all evening and the midnight toast.
A DJ and party until late.
Price: from €743 per room for two people from 31 December to 2 January, which is €371.50 per person in a Standard room. Arriving on 30 December from €758, or three nights from 30 December to 2 January from €967. One person from €564. The champagne is included; wine and other drinks with dinner are not.
What the night is about
No banquet hall and no crowds. With fifteen rooms the evening stays small: guests meet in the afternoon over oliebollen, share dinner, toast at midnight and dance in the same house where they sleep. Nobody needs a taxi.

How the evening runs
Afternoon: oliebollen baking, a much loved Dutch tradition of the owners.
Evening: a five course gala dinner.
Midnight: champagne and a toast to 2027.
After midnight: the DJ takes over and the dance floor stays full.
On New Year's Day the paths around the hotel lead into the valley woods, with views of Rocacorba. Guests who want to ride can rent a Cervélo road or gravel bike at the hotel.
